A chance for dog lovers to meet up and walk in some of the lovely countryside around Ripon, and further afield for the more adventurous who want to do some real hiking. You don't have to own a dog, but you want to walk and you're happy to have them along. We already run a fun activity club for dogs (owners can come along) but would like to add a walking club. I am a true hiker and mountaineer, and my dog always comes with me. I'd like to get like minded people together to walk the fells, but I'm …

Looking to share dog walks in and around Preston (within 1 hour max of PR1). This group is aimed at people wanting to break their doggy routine and meet other people on dog walks. Walks will last between 1.5 to 2hrs max and will be in the forest, by the coast, local parks, etc, and at a leisurely pace to accommodate everyone (we're not ramblers!). I'm aiming for all walks to be 100% off lead (unless you prefer to have your dog on lead of course). This does restrict us but there are still plenty …

All dogs welcome any size, any breed, any age All we ask is that all dog handlers treat other walkers, cyclists etc with courtesy by keeping dogs under control or putting dogs on lead where nec …
A group to get together midweek to walk our dogs with the company of others. And perhaps a cup of tea and a cake to keep us going!
This is a group for people who think. You don’t have to be highbrow, just interested in ideas and things like books, philosophy, religion, personal development, psychology, meditation, travel, politics, languages, ethics or whatever. But it’s also a group for people who want their dogs to be part of their social lives. Maybe you work and want to socialise and meet new people but you don’t want to go out leaving your dog behind in the evenings and weekends. Maybe you’d like company on evening dog …

Basically do as many fun things we can with our dogs. I ask for £1 to help with the cost of the website. I hope this alright with everyone :-)

We are a group of like minded people throughout the Midlands who admire and support the amazing work of Animals Asia in fighting to raise cat and dog welfare and end bear bile farming in Asia as well as other projects. We get together for FUN fundraisers, informal get togethers and awareness raising stalls at local events. Anyone with a passion for making a difference in animal welfare should join, because we do all make a difference as a collective. Cat and dog owners will really relate to us a …
